My favorite gym for many years now... And it's not the walls or inventory that paints the place, but the people who work there and create a special atmosphere! I've been going to the gym for about 8 years, and all thanks to my invaluable coach Olga Borshchevskaya! Sincere, energetic, knowledgeable, diverse, interesting personality and professional in her field! If it wasn't for her, I definitely wouldn't have lost weight, I definitely wouldn't have gone to the gym for so long! I bow low and thank you very much for your motivation! The concept of the hall is wonderful! The "women's room" is always suitable for "any figure", "shape" and jealous husbands)). A very comfortable atmosphere! In a word, I recommend it!

I chose "Athleticism and grace" because there is a women's gym here, and at first I was very shy to practice in the common room. The gym is nice, the atmosphere is pleasant, there are no queues for exercise equipment. A big advantage is the low cost, I train with an amazing instructor Olga, whom I definitely recommend to everyone!

I have been practicing regularly in the gym for more than 15 years. I see and know the attitude of the owners and staff. I spend the lion's share of my time with instructors. I would like the administration of the Athleticism and Grace Club to hear and do something about the table tennis service provided.:
1) the first place where I came across that the payment is not for renting a table, but per person, i.e. if there are four of us and we came to play in pairs and we need one table, then we pay 7 rubles per person - a total of 28 rubles.
For reference: yes, for this price you can rent a professional table in a nice new club at Chumakov's in the Leningrad shopping center, where there are new rackets, lots of balls, drinking water, etc.
2) it's better not to take their rackets at all (they're broken, then they're glued off, and then they look at you with attention, as if you tore it off or broke it).
3) the lighting is terrible!!!
The price does not match the quality at all (very overpriced).
Suggestions to the club administration: set an acceptable price (for example, 10 rubles per table, not per person; for example, in a sauna in Malinovka they charge 7 rubles per table per hour), or improve the conditions of the service provided.

An old, tired, dirty, dark rocking chair. It seems like there is a women's room on the second floor, but they didn't show it to me. There is no personal training, there is no coach for this.
The administrator is not interested in sales and consulting potential customers at all. She said the entrance to the second floor is in a change of shoes, well, it makes sense, so the guests are given shoe covers, actually, but she just told me not to. In general, OK, I will spend money on a subscription and a personal trainer in the gym where I am interested in customer service

An extremely good gym, quite small, but has everything you need for a normal workout. There are 2 halls - women's and common, and group classes are held in the women's hall. One problem is that there are a lot of people in the gym in the evening and often you will not be able to work out properly. The hall is good. Two floors. The second one is only female, the first one is shared. The equipment is not new, but in good condition. It does not creak, it is not torn, it works properly. Anatomically comfortable. The prices are not high. There are promotions. I've been walking recently, I don't know everything yet. I saw the boxing bags hanging. The coach said that there are Thai boxing lessons. Minus one. The women's room is upstairs, in the same locker room, and the shower and toilet are on the ground floor. You have to consider this option for going to the shower after class. The receptionist is polite and very active. He tries to explain and tell everything. Lures you into the hall.
