The hotel is 10 out of 10 for us. Very clean, everything you need for convenience, powerful hair dryer, cups in the room, refrigerator, good air conditioning, Russian channels, cooler with hot and cold water on each floor and an ironing board with iron, two bottles of water every day, cleaning on request. There is soap, shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom. In the morning, a complimentary breakfast with coffee, toast, biscuits, etc. For the beach, towels and sun beds at the reception. A 15-minute walk to the sea to Nai Yang, close to shops and a market on the way to the sea. The airport is a 15-minute walk away, from there by bus 100 baht along the coast. Most of all, I am delighted with the beach, there are few people, the sea is calm, trees on the shore to hide from the sun, and the beach with airplanes is within walking distance too. In general, we are absolutely delighted. Last time we rested between Kata and Karon, but it's much cooler here.

Nice, clean hotel, corresponds to 3*, rooms with balconies, match the description, comfortable orthopedic mattresses on the beds, nice pool, Wi-Fi, there is a free mini-breakfast in the bar on the second floor from 6 to 11 a.m., there is a toaster and a coffee machine. There is also a shared kitchen on the ground floor with a stove, microwave, toaster and all necessary utensils. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport 3 times a day. We didn't like the location. The hotel is located at the intersection of very busy roads, next to the highway connecting the airport with all other settlements of the island, the noise from passing cars and motorcycles around the clock, day and night. You can only sleep peacefully by closing the window and the door to the balcony and turning on the air conditioner, which, unfortunately, blows on the bed, we caught a cold from it, sore throat. It's a long way to the sea, 1.5 km on foot in the heat, along busy streets without sidewalks and pedestrian crossings, among speeding cars, mopeds and motorcycles. We are very tired of such unsafe walks to the sea. Also, of the disadvantages, there are a huge number of mosquitoes on the territory of the hotel, especially on the green lawn near the pool, where there are sun beds, and in the shared kitchen. It is simply impossible to be there without spraying yourself from head to toe with mosquito repellent. We contacted the receptionists several times with a request to kill mosquitoes in the hotel, but no measures were taken, we were very badly bitten by mosquitoes. The hotel is for 1-2 days, not suitable for a beach holiday or a long stay.
