I would like to express my gratitude to the company Offline! The drivers are always very polite and attentive, helping to put the luggage. The cabin is clean and comfortable, I want to pay attention to this, I traveled in different directions very often and these criteria were not met. I was very pleased with the punctuality, the minibus arrived exactly on schedule. Special thanks to the dispatcher service girls for their good approach and courtesy to the passenger. The company has a very interesting booking system. Cancelled the reservation less than three hours before departure 3 times in a row – received the status of "unreliable". Although the call center staff themselves called more than once and informed about the cancellation of the flight within an HOUR. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I personally had two cases when a tire burst on a minibus!!! This is already a matter of transport maintenance and the company's attitude to passenger safety!

On July 19, I had to urgently, spontaneously go to Minsk from Bobruisk. I booked a minibus, but I didn't even catch a taxi. I called the driver, he waited 4 minutes, went to meet me. Then he left and said he couldn't wait any longer. And that's right, why should all passengers suffer because one is late. But it was absolutely vital for me to leave on this flight, otherwise I would not have made it. I was catching up with a minibus in a taxi. I called the dispatcher, a pleasant friendly girl contacted the driver and asked him very much to wait for me for another minute, entering my position. He waited a minute more and I miraculously made it! Thank you so much for the humanity, understanding, attention and care for the passengers of all and in particular ♥️ I am immensely grateful to this beautiful girl who showed sensitivity and empathy Thanks a lot to the driver too! And to all passengers of the minibus. I managed to solve an extremely important issue for me! I thank ATriLine for the excellent staff and loyalty to customers!
