I recently visited the Atrium trading house in Pavlodar and was generally satisfied. The center is conveniently located, the interior is bright and cozy enough, there is a normal selection of shops for everyday shopping. I was glad that he works until late at night, so you can easily keep up even after work. Parking is available, but it can be busy during rush hours. The interior is a little outdated in places, but generally comfortable. If you need to quickly buy clothes, household items, or just take a walk, this is a good place. I would put a confident four.
