Overall, everything is great, a nice spacious room with panoramic windows and views of the park and the central square. The hotel has a good spa center with a swimming pool, saunas, etc., etc. a good selection of additional services (massages, spa treatments). Upon check-in, everything is at the agreed time (it didn't work out earlier, we passed the time in Cornflowers). Nearby there is a large covered parking at a price of 1 ruble per hour, you can find a free place next to the hotel. It is a very convenient location, both for walking and where to have a snack. Everything is great.

I stayed for one night, we even regretted that it was so little. There are very nice staff at the reception, they quickly arranged and explained everything clearly. The room is comfortable and spacious, and everything is clean. There is a separate pillow service (not used, but pleasantly surprised). Large comfortable bed, high-quality furniture. It was also possible to visit the swimming pool and steam rooms for free, which we took advantage of. A wonderful hotel in the very center of the city. We got a room on the 9th floor, with a beautiful view. Everything was working in the room (air conditioning, refrigerator, 16-channel TV), towels, pillows - everything was enough. In the tea corner there are several tea and coffee bags and 2 0.5 bottles of water. The car was left overnight next to the hotel, in a small free parking lot (it's really not so easy to find a place there). I really liked the SPA complex: in hotel bathrobes and your slippers, you take the elevator down to level -1 (parking), and you get right into the SPA, where they give you their towels. We took food and drink with us, no one was outraged about this. The bar has tea, coffee and ice cream, as well as beer and wine lists, with light snacks. We took a massage for two (according to the Swedish system) and were satisfied. The saunas are good, the hottest ones are Russian and Finnish. The water in the pool is warm. The SPA shower has a shower gel so you don't have to drag your own. All in all, my wife and I had a great time. We will definitely come back here again!

(my son had gymnastics training camps), I want to note the cleanliness of the rooms (they were cleaned every day, and the bed linen was also changed every day). I also want to mention the restaurant's administrator, Victoria, for her politeness, competence and ability to solve any "questions" of the guests. It didn't seem like a bad room, but the water wouldn't drain in the sink, and they reacted to the comment, but it didn't help much. The toilet brush fell apart the first time it was used. The backlight is kept on an honest word. The tulle is very worn. We tried to relax in the aqua zone, but there were more visitors than sun beds and chairs. There were many children. We got a massage, the masseuses tried, but it wasn't the best massage, rather it was just relaxation. I thought I would stay for 2 days, but I didn't extend it and left the next day. P.S. I saw the answer and wanted to add more about the children. Children can relax in the aqua zone if they stay at the hotel, regardless of the day of the week. But, with a very high cost of accommodation, it was possible to provide free parking in the parking lot of the shopping center and a discount for hotel guests for breakfast (and the cost is the same if you are a hotel guest or just came from the street. But! Again, you can come to breakfast earlier than the peak load and avoid queues. In general, this factor did not spoil our impressions of our stay at all. A visit to the SPA complex is included in the price and it is at a very good level: 4 baths, a swimming pool, a salt room. Keep in mind that not only the residents of the hotel can get into it, so it's better to go there right in the morning. We did not go to the restaurant because there is a pedestrian street nearby with establishments for every taste. Yes, there really is no free parking in the Atrium, but we left the car in the neighboring courtyard, this is Belarus, the know-how of crime.

We were passing through Mogilev and stayed at this hotel. The first thing we encountered was the lack of parking , there is none , only paid Parking, 1 Belarusian ruble per hour. Female students at the reception are absolutely not welcome, if problems arise, there is no help from them. Now for the numbers themselves . The rooms are clean and have everything you need. But when we checked in , there was yellow water from the tap , and we had to drain it for a long time to take a shower after the trip . I was also surprised by the fact that the windows do not open at all and it happens that there is nothing to breathe and the window cannot be opened for ventilation . There was a smell of cigarettes in the hallway . The air conditioner is very noisy and I don 't want to turn it on at all. Day and night, music from the speakers is playing in the hallway , the question is why and for what ? One morning , it was 7 o'clock , I listened to a lot of noise from above , apparently the maids were cleaning the room and there was noise from the wheels of the cart , it lasted exactly an hour .

I stayed at the hotel with two children on the city day weekend 28-30.06.25. Friendly friendly staff, quick check-in, clean and new room. Children under 9 years old (and I have two of them) stayed/ate/rested at the spa for free according to the hotel conditions - a big plus in my eyes compared to the conditions in other hotels. Among the advantages: +Location in the center and the possibility of hiking +Cafes/restaurants/cinema/shops within walking distance +Historical center and pedestrian areas across the street. +A good buffet - there is plenty to choose from for both adults and children. I can mention the restaurant staff separately (in the morning it works for guests as a buffet, in the evening as a restaurant). We had breakfast in the restaurant and had dinner - the same high level of service, pleasant staff, empty dishes were removed from the table immediately, all requests were answered immediately. I recommend it, we will be happy to stay in this place again.

Upon check-in, we made a 20% discount on the room on the birthday. We didn't focus on it and didn't ask for discounts, but the girl at the reception was attentive, for which we thank her very much. All the remaining days we visited another restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel. - SPA visitors in bathrobes, slippers (it's good if they are closed from the room), sometimes wet, met in the elevator, at the reception and even at the entrance to the hotel (went out to smoke). Parking spaces for cars in the multi-level parking of the center. Very clean! The room cleaning is excellent. There is a pillow menu. You can choose a pillow according to your wishes. Only a few rooms have the ability to open windows. A mini bar is available in the room. A la carte breakfasts / a choice of three sets, if the hotel load is minimal. The birthday boy gets a discount on accommodation and a compliment in the form of a cheesecake on a festive dish - it's very nice. The kettle, floor lamp and reading lamp by the bed were broken in our room. The blankets are very light. It's warm, but not very comfortable. We did not visit the SPA, but we noticed that it is very in demand. Overall, the impression is good.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Mogilev, I don't see any alternatives in the city. There are different categories, we stayed in the standard and in the studio, the rooms are new, bright, everything is stylish, beautiful, the view from the window to the city. Bonus SPA, fully equipped swimming pool and baths. We usually don't include breakfast, we sleep late)) but we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. The prices are reasonable, for 100 rubles (without drinks) it is quite possible to eat a couple. We will definitely come again, thank you!

We came to Mogilev from Yaroslavl for the weekend. We chose this hotel based on reviews and did not lose out. Great place: clean, has everything you need (hairdryer, tea, coffee, shower, etc.). We took a room with a buffet breakfast (porridge, potatoes, rice, cuts of meat, cheese, fish, sausages, scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, juice, water, pastries, fruits). The room rate also included access to the spa: swimming pool, baths), and various spa treatments could be performed for a fee. I definitely recommend it!

A great hotel with an ideal location and service! We were absolutely delighted! The rooms are clean and cozy, and the view of the square through the panoramic windows is simply mesmerizing – especially in the evening when the lights turn on. Special thanks for the SPA area (which is included in the room rate, by the way): a pool with crystal clear water, a hammam and professional massage therapists made the rest truly relaxing. The staff is very polite and attentive – always ready to help with any question, it feels like people really love their work. I definitely recommend it to those who appreciate comfort, high-quality service and a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come back again!

I don't recommend it. This hotel positions itself as the best in Mogilev. However, the level of service, the quality of the rooms, and the ability/desire to solve problems leave much to be desired. There are no bonuses for regular guests. The price categorically does not match the quality. 1) There is absolutely nothing to breathe in rooms without opening windows. The air conditioner turned on could not create a normal climate in the room, and without it you can suffocate completely. There is no forced ventilation in the toilet. 2) The extra bed was a narrow couch on which an adult (and even a grown-up child) cannot sleep normally. We still haven't found an alternative. 3) The cost of breakfast is too high. 4) Cosmetics in the bathroom are of average quality. A shaving kit can be requested additionally. 5) The price of the accommodation included a visit to the spa area. Overall, we liked it there. Except that the waiters never cleaned the dirty dishes from the tables next to the deck chairs. In addition, the fact that visitors to the vaping spa area were smoking was egregious. Repeated requests to the administrator did not solve the problem (the girl talked to smokers a couple of times, but after she left, smoking continued). Considering that we visited the spa several times, and smokers were present every time, this problem is chronic. All this, for a hotel with a position of the best, is just a shame, an outright fiasco!

The ironing board is dirty and covered in dust, the breakfasts on the Swedish line are not tasty, cold, and in general, anyone can enter the breakfast bar from the street, which is what happened.
