My first thanks for the fir trees that were planted by the owner at this building. They are already much higher than in the photo. Nicely. It's spacious. Mostly rented premises. Natasha ("Sofia") does a great massage there! In the basement of Irina's wonderful atelier. She has New Year's rental costumes. On the 3rd floor Mikhail "Viking" - printing, graphic design, etc.
