As for the staff, I can say that they are usually polite and friendly. The waiting time was the reason for such a low score. Unfortunately, I live far away and come here specifically to treat myself to dessert. On 26.09, I came across a 20-minute technical break and decided that it wasn't scary, but my opinion changed when the wait began to exceed 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the contact number was simply erased, and no one answered the number in the description of the cards.
