I want to start with desserts. They are very tasty and I really like them. The Napoleons are some of the best I've tried, so I definitely recommend it.
As for the staff, I can say that they are usually polite and friendly.
The waiting time was the reason for such a low score. Unfortunately, I live far away and come here specifically to treat myself to dessert. On 26.09, I came across a 20-minute technical break and decided that it wasn't scary, but my opinion changed when the wait began to exceed 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the contact number was simply erased, and no one answered the number in the description of the cards.

Officially, the worst coffee I've tasted in this place.
Doubts began immediately after the order. The girl poured coffee beans into the tank and did not set up grinding) the spill was uneven, but the barista was not confused)
The output is a terrible coffee with a taste of burnt something. When asked to redo the coffee normally, the girl just did the same and referred to the bad grains) high, they also have bad grains) but it's clearly in the hands and professionalism)
