It was not the first time in Baku, We booked according to reviews... But...
There was no warm water for two days- they said at the reception: we have been dealing with this issue since the morning, the repairman will come at 10, and for now you harden up ....
in the evening, the television stopped working, it also did not work the day before- they said that there were problems with the cable, pulled out the wires and left. We are already silent about the fact that there was no shampoo and capsules for coffee machines - the answer was that it was over because of formula one....in the morning they asked for cappuccino in the room, the answer was: The milk ran out, it happens ...
socks are black after going out on the terrace... well, everything else is ....no, the pillows are also terrible, it's impossible to sleep, it's high time to write off the towels. Guys, work on the service

Barely running water in the bathroom, it also flows black,the plumbing is dirty and in semi-working condition,the hair dryer is not working and the staff is completely ignoring it,the dirty carpet is covered in the room, which is just scary to step on barefoot. Yellow washed pillows or maybe not washed at all…

The hotel is good, located in the heart of the old town, it is very convenient. There was a problem when checking in, their system is not very consistent with the booking, they demanded an additional payment, through disputes with the administration, the issue was decided in their favor. Another cool moment, we had 2 rooms and accidentally discovered that the key card from any room fits the door locks of any rooms)))

Located in the Old Town. We loved the narrow streets, paved roads. Couldn't get enough of it.
