We ordered upholstered furniture, the deadline under the contract is April 21, 2025, but it's already the end of May and the order is still not in full. After fraying my nerves, part of the order arrived, but even that had to be sent for revision and alteration! The dimensions turned out to be incorrect. Although they came and measured everything on the spot. The worst thing is that these people are used to working like this and this is the norm for them. In addition to the furniture, I ordered a hanging chair, a non-standard model, everything was discussed, they said they would cope and do it properly. But not only are they overdue, they are also confronted with the fact that they will not be able to do it. And how it all started, the manager told me so convincingly that at every stage of production I would be invited to the production.... That was not the case. In general, it sucks, not the company. The director also promised to call back and settle everything soon, but almost a month has passed since his words. Therefore, save your nerves and time!
