Very rude and careless personnel. They would talk to you like if you are some kid of a low class citizen. The guy on thr front desk is very rude and uneducated.

No coffee and car wash after the service, for premium brands such as audi and Porsche it's not acceptable

Except for the second estate, it's a great place in general. The staff is excellent. I'm buying spare parts (I haven't had a chance to buy a car yet)!

Very poor service, there is no consultant in the salon, the service master waited for 30 minutes and did not wait!!!! The staff does not know anything about Audi cars at all, what kind of official dealer is this?!

I came because the car is under warranty. They tell me we don't officially service cars with Russian license plates. They gave the contact of some person who can also serve as an official, but without recording in the system. I contacted the Audi concern, they informed me that the warranty is international and must be serviced. I asked for a document confirming the words of the employee, of course there is no such document. At the same time, 1 more car with Russian license plates arrived and after receiving the same answer, the guy left. They're cheating guys…

I had to change the protective curtain of the pan-frame roof, they refused that they did not have such a specialist, this is an excuse since I also have Russian numbers.
