Instead of just talking about the nuances, letting the person make the decision himself, they paint each of these very nuances as if the car would end tomorrow, imposing their opinion. And their question is: "do we check further, does it make sense? So that you just don't spend a lot of money. I think everything is already clear" The person, of course, refuses to buy. As a result, one did not sell, the other did not buy. And the buyer, according to his stories, has already driven the car to them several times and each time they categorically dissuaded. At the same time, these characters do not think that the car is not being sold at the price at which they are selling. I took the same car to a regular service station, and lo and behold, it sold out right away. All the nuances were told, they said how much it costs to do it, they haggled over the price and everyone was happy. And here it's a disgusting feeling after such a check. I do not recommend going to them to check cars and generally buy something. Terrible service and a complete misunderstanding of how to work with customers.

Negative emotions. I came to fix the parking sensors and cruise control errors. It was suggested to make a primary diagnosis to find out the cause. After the diagnosis, they said that the cause could not be found and offered to continue to diagnose the car further, specifying that it would cost additional money. Three hours later, they called and said that they could not find the reason, that now they need to remove the bumper and look for the reason in the wiring of the parking sensor, but today they will not do it anymore. I came to pick up the car and was presented with an invoice for 367 Belarusian rubles, about 11,000 rubles, of which 3,000 and 8000 additional work. And they also voiced recommendations on the car. At the same time, without specifying some of the shortcomings that I had earlier. To my question about the poor-quality diagnosis, I was shown it. In it, I saw that the circuit break of the left parking sensor was indicated. To my question, why, seeing the reason immediately, they did not eliminate it, and they did not tell me about it, but performed work that was not worth doing. As a result, I paid an extra 8000 rubles and did not fix the damage. Fixed a breakdown in the club service. As in the Audi center, diagnostics showed an open circuit of 4 parking sensors, when replacing which, the situation did not change, as a result of which it was found that the wire was damaged. After repairing the damage to the wire, everything worked. There was no need to replace the parking sensors. There was also no need to fully configure the auto cruise system. The system has set itself up. Although the Audi Center claimed that after removing the bumper, a full system setup would be needed. The entire repair cost 6,000 rubles. So I paid 11,000 rubles at the Audi Center for nothing.
