A very good service center. Polite staff, met at the reception, escorted to the service department to the master. Thanks to everyone who helped solve the problem with my Audi car. They took me in an hour, because I was passing through, they treated me to coffee, offered me water. They invited me to the repair area, showed me what the problem was, and fixed it in 20 minutes. Only here's the check-in, it's a whole quest, but it's temporary, as the guys said. I recommend it!!!

I service all family cars at the Audi Serov Center. Two cars A6 and Q7 under warranty and Q5 2014. It's been out of warranty for a long time. After 7 years of service, I can say with confidence that the guys can be trusted 100%. For my new cars, they find minor flaws themselves and fix them under warranty, of course, informing me. Apply a discount on the loyalty system. For our Q5, there are always analogues available as an alternative to the original RF. It is very convenient, there is no need to wait and the price is average in Minsk, and this is considering that I service cars in a company center with guaranteed quality!!! Well done!!! My recommendation to everyone!!!

We did everything well and got to work quickly, we changed the rear hub bearing of the Audi A4 B7, but the diagnosis was unnecessary, it was included in the cost of the work, although I initially said that I did not need a diagnosis, the hub bearing needs to be replaced. Maybe this is the philosophy of earnings) This is my subjective opinion. But I was satisfied with the result of the work, thank you, you helped me out a lot)

Hello everyone Many thanks to Master Dmitry and all the audi service managers. There was a problem in the suspension, at one service they tried to solve the problem 3 times on the audi a6 c7, replaced the upper levers, shock absorber, strut support, sidebars, caliper guides, stabilizer bushings, triploid, they already wanted to change the box and motor supports! It's good that you didn't get into such expensive items! For 15 minutes, master Dmitry looked at the car and found problems in the lower right lever, the replacement took 1 hour, everything was replaced on the same day, the problem was solved immediately. I do not recommend multi-brand service stations, whatever the professionals were there, after all, specialists should be of the same brand... Specialists could not find the problem for 3 months, I will not say which service. Then I arrived at the OD, everything was decided. Once again, many thanks to Dmitry!

Illiterate employees and mediocre attitude. Audi A5, there were power problems, they said to change the harness. I bought it, changed it. After 4 months, I can say with confidence that the problem was not in him and it remained. Even then they said that the car was ready and they could pick it up. However, when I arrived, I still had to wait for them to do it, more than an hour in the end.

I myself work in this field with VAG group, I applied only because we were within walking distance, but the allotment turned out to be as always.
Did you ask on the phone when the inspection was recorded will it be carried out point by point or by visual inspection of the mechanic? To which they said running on the list. As a result, the master receptionist comes out and says everything is fine with you! There are no comments in the suspension! There are no comments on the internal combustion engine! In general, everything is fine. In the order-order, they wrote only pads before wear.%

The wear of the front brake system is precisely the discs that need to be replaced; the residual thickness of the brake pads is about 4mm; the pads of the discs need to be replaced; the backlash of the front wheel hub needs to be replaced;
By internal combustion engine
There is a leak of engine oil from the cylinder head in the area of the valve cover, not a word about this during oral communication or in documents((
I regretted that I turned to them.
Although the car was not very dirty, it was not offered to do a car wash, I was sure that a technical car wash would be done before the inspection, but the car never rinsed. When I received the documents for payment verbally, the master receptionist said that there was a service campaign. Well at least they said)

They scratched the arch door and the wheel for me 3 years ago, it was repaired under insurance for Serov. The disc, since the scratch is about 1 mm deep, was sentenced to be replaced. I have different sets of wheels assembled for summer and winter. The first impression is changed, everything is fine, well done. But now it's time to replace winter tires in the fall of 2023 and here an interesting detail is revealed: the disc is the same in radius and pattern, but its width is larger. I have 7j*17 et37, and put 8j*18 et39. I did not see this when changing the wheels in the assembly accordingly. Having discovered this problem, I contacted this service with a question to resolve their error. To which a specific response was received about the expired warranty period. And a recommendation not to drive on a wide variety of disks. By the way, the LCP on the replaced disk cracked after a year. Avoid this service!

Suggestion: I understand that this is most likely a problem with the terminal on the bank's side (although not a fact), but in order not to drive the customer through ATMs across the street:
1. Before a customer comes to you and calls before departure, warn that payment by card is temporarily unavailable.
2. Consider an alternative payment option - payment by bank details in the Internet bank or mobile bank, payment in the ERIP, etc.
