It's amazing how many negative reviews there are... apparently I was lucky. I had to clarify one little thing, so they served me just perfectly. At 16.00 there were no people at all, but all the specialists were in their places, and all these specialists were polite, caring, attentive and competent. Everything was explained, prompted, advised, and helped... In general, at 16.20 all the issues were already resolved and in a good mood I had to go for a pleasant walk, because there is a clean, beautiful, quiet and "natural" place. I am very impressed by our public services, thank you!
