It is a very colorful and traditionally Kazakh place. The yurts are simply fabulous, outwardly like in the old days, but inside they are comfortable and cozy! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Water park, pond, sauna, swimming pool, local style cafes and delicious national and European cuisine! Enjoy it 100%. The staff is very attentive and good-natured. At the request, we helped to order a bouquet and pay online without any problems, my cards do not work in Kazakhstan. We were with the whole family on a weekday, for the first time. There were few visitors, and it was comfortable to relax, mostly families with children. The pools are clean, the slide was open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. There is a hammam, a Russian bath and a sauna - everything is clean and tidy. Inside there is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. It seemed like it had been recently renovated. The staff constantly cleans excess water near the indoor pool to avoid injury. There are no complaints about the kitchen, the prices are adequate. It was delicious (we took shish kebab, cheese, hodgepodge, burger combo, and baursaks - it's something with something: huge, delicious, airy - I heartily recommend it). The staff doesn't always have time, but they try. The atmosphere was pleasant, the visitors were adequate, there was a large group of foreigners (it was obvious that they also really liked it). Let's come back here again, thanks to the administration - a decent place to stay!

A great place to relax with your family. Everything is planned and done wisely. The staff is very friendly, the service is at a high level. The cleanliness is perfect both in the territory and in the yurts. The yurts are perfectly equipped inside (appliances, decoration and especially design). They don't save money on heating the water in the pool (even it's a little hot). It would not be bad to put more fish in the pond, I would be willing to pay for the fish caught by the kilogram. For some guests, fishing can be an important component.
