Awful. My brother wanted to please his parents by taking a suite for 10 thousand, but he was outside of Kazakhstan. I ordered for Saturday, and at that time it was Tuesday. The parents refused, and as a result, the money was not returned. They only gave away 5,000 and go ahead, don't write. A terrible attitude, firstly, the money was not fully returned, and secondly, the child was deceived. But according to consumer protection law, these actions were illegal. You don't even give a damn about that. DO NOT BOOK OR BUY ANYTHING THERE!

It's a beautiful place.It is very cozy and beautiful, the staff is very friendly.The pool has warm water.The kids especially liked it!!!We will definitely come again!
