I've been going to this salon for 2 years now. I don't recommend Master Nargiz specifically, I don't know about the others. I am quite skeptical about the skills of a master with low pay, so the result, although disappointing again, was not surprising. I was more surprised by how the master insulted me with the cleaner in Uzbek, thinking that I did not understand. Not only did she get a terrible haircut, saying that she understood and could do it, but she also insulted me right next to me. And finally, my dissatisfaction with the result was met with accusations.
