We have been visiting the studio with my husband for more than a year, I really like the attentive attitude to clients, the comfortable atmosphere, the specialists are professionals in their field. The studio is very cozy, which is important for me, there are no comments on my part, For which I am very grateful to the specialists who work in Aura! 🫶🏼

I had a massage once (about a year ago) and as a result I was deceived. The massage was almost twice as cheap. And the massage therapist told me: you have such a price, don't you? (he named the price higher) and the administrator, who clearly sees on the computer how many minutes I came for and how much the massage costs, says: oh, it depends on the age and size...First of all, it's not written anywhere, so it's obviously a lie. And the administrator should know what services are provided and what prices. And that there are no surcharges. Secondly, I am a petite young girl, what are the extra charges for age and size)) It's even funny.
Then I wrote about it on Instagram and the director answered me. Thank you very much! She apologized for everything. She explained the situation and told me about the master. And she gave me a 1.5-hour massage for free. She communicated with me very politely and treated me with understanding. Thank you very much!!!
When I came to this gift massage, in the end I decided to just give a chocolate bar to the masseuse on my own. She handed it to her with a smile. After that, the answer followed with a haughty look and intonation: oh, you're giving me a chocolate bar so that I can get better and be fat...After such a reaction and the second not very comfortable visit, I don't really want to visit this place anymore...
Then I went back to another massage therapist. I liked everything! And then I came for a trial yoga or Pilates workout (I don't remember anymore). I remember that Irina is the coach. The training session was like I asked for it, like they were doing me a favor... I'll give you examples, the coach speaks loudly and rudely: I repeat once, watch everything, I won't do it again. Well, I'm sorry, this is the first time I've come to a training session and I've come to a coach, a person who shows and tells me what to do and how to do it. Russian Russian Then had a personal dialogue with me, saying that if you know Armenian, then why are you speaking Russian, I'm already tired or "dying" (I don't remember exactly) to speak Russian. I'm sorry... questions for your director. I signed up for a Russian-speaking group and a Russian-speaking master. I didn't come and decided to start speaking Arabic on my own. Also, when I couldn't figure out the special training belt that I was working with for the first time, the coach would come up to me with taunts that I was confused in this belt. In general, after this, there was no desire to come 2 times.
Then, about half a year later, I saw that a new massage therapist (kinesiologist) was working in the studio and decided to sign up! I wanted to get to the kinesiologist. I signed up for a 60-minute back massage, and they gave me 40 minutes. The services included a 40-minute back massage, if I wanted to do it for 40 minutes, then I signed up for this service. And I purposefully signed up for 60 minutes. And when the massage was over, the masseuse came out, I got dressed and then I looked at the time that it was still time for the massage...I went out and paid for the service for the price of 60 minutes. I didn't find out anything anymore. This is the second time there has been a problem with the duration or payment of the massage. I don't know, clocks can be hung in offices. Obviously, it's not up to me to keep track of this and run after the masseuse with the words: you haven't finished yet, there's still time.
There are no questions about the quality of the massage. Massages are done efficiently and pleasantly. Questions about the service .

I accidentally found this center , alas , there were no places , but master Ivan found a window for me at half an hour ! Ivan is a master of his craft, the massage was great, and besides that he gave me a lot of useful tips on how to cope with my muscle spasm problem!
