Nice city hotel. The staff is friendly, they try very hard, there are Russian speakers. Breakfast includes a selection of hot dishes and snacks, coffee, tea, desserts, fruits. You can order some dishes personally if the buffet is not suitable for you.
They try to resolve all issues quickly. They are very warmly welcomed and escorted. The rooms are clean. There is a refrigerator, TV, slippers, bathroom sets, blackout curtains, air conditioning.
The sea and the old town can be reached on foot in 30-40 minutes. By car 10-15 min.
On the downside: some rooms sometimes start to smell like sewage (but this is a common occurrence in Baku, in my opinion), and there is good audibility in rooms with a door. And keep in mind that the hotel is located on the road. If the windows are closed, the audibility is not strong, the noise of cars did not interfere.
Overall, it feels like you're at home.

The hotel staff is attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Excellent receptionist, Walida (just the soul of the hotel!). She will tell you, advise you, and help you reserve a table at the restaurant.
The rooms are clean, smells nice, towels, water change, room cleaning - daily.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied, excellent watermelons and melons, delicious coffee and a delicious biscuit.
The room is spacious, with a balcony.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the center. The location allows you to fully relax, avoiding the noise from the street. Baku is a city where you want to walk and observe the combination of modern architecture and authentic buildings. There is a beautiful avenue around the corner.

My favorite hotel in Baku.
Not far from the center, near public transport stops in all directions of Baku. Nizami metro station is within walking distance.
The hotel is not big, but cozy. A chamber setting. The rooms have everything you need for a stay.
Clear.
I would like to mention the nutrition separately. An excellent range of dishes for every taste. A large assortment of fruits.
Friendly staff. They speak all languages. They can meet you at the airport and order a taxi at your request.
They will tell you where , where and how.
I always want to come back.
