Food for four. I praised this place many times, and as soon as my wife and daughter went there, they were immediately tasteless and served for a long time. And twice.
I like the place. A good atmosphere, a cool summer house with comfortable furniture. The price tag is quite acceptable.

Instead of Earl grey tea, they brought ordinary black tea, there was some hair on the tip of the knife, they asked the waiter for sugar, he forgot, while he did not appear in sight at all, I had to get up and go on my own to remind. They asked for bread, brought it, casually put the plate on the table so that a piece of bread fell out of the plate on the table. The waiter turned around and left without paying attention to it. At the same time, he was very actively frolicking, flirting and giggling with a girl at the cake counter. To get the bill, I also had to get up and go look for someone to get paid. We came and were initially delighted with the place, but by the end of breakfast we were completely disappointed.

The place is advertised. The design is pleasant. The staff is polite. But...
we stopped by for breakfast. That's not on the menu, that's not there. OK.
I was warned that there is no brioche, but only buckwheat bread. OK.
As a result, they bring an order with the cheapest Borodino bread from the store.
One breakfast was brought, two more waited for 20 minutes.
You need to ask for salt and pepper separately and wait until they bring it to you from another table.
Coffee was brought, but you ask for sugar separately. Waiting for sugar.
When you pay 7,000 for breakfast and coffee, the last thing you expect is to be fed a "social loaf" from the store.

Одно из самых классных заведений города Алматы. Красивый, приятный интерьер. Официанты очень приятные и клиентоориентированные. Ну а еда выше всяких похвал. Очень вкусная кухня.

Самые вкусные круассаны в Алмате, отличное обслуживание и совершенно прекрасный интерьер. Рекомендую обязательно подняться по деревянной на второй этаж, там есть уютные видовые столики

I do not recommend visiting. Previously, we often spent family holidays here, met with clients and friends. But today's case was amazing for me. I booked a table for the assignment, asking if there was an opportunity to make a reservation in the green room on the second floor. Upon arrival, the girl did not take us to the table, which in my opinion was one of the reasons for the unpleasant situation that took place later. We went to the table ourselves, of the three available, one was in reserve, so I thought it was ours. When we started to take our seats, the waiter came up to us and rudely pointed out that this was not our table. When I asked who had reserved the table for clarification, he replied "Guests" with an obviously unfriendly tone. It is unpleasant that it turns out we are not guests. We moved to another room, there was an unpleasant aftertaste, and in order not to spoil the evening, we decided to change the institution.
It is sincerely a pity that the place of worship for me, where I celebrated my birthday, New Year with my family, held consultations and meetings with friends, ceased to be such for me. I recommended him to many, but not a foot more.

Очень приятное атмосферное кафе с живой музыкой ! Прекрасное обслуживание, очень вкусная еда ( заказывала домашний салат и утиную ножку под соусом ) и коктейли !

Очень уютное кафе. Персонал вежливый, улыбчивый. Атмосфера располагает к приятному времяпрепровождению. Очень понравилась еда. Особенно маленькие чебуреки. Будете в этом кафе, обязательно их закажите!

Very mediocre breakfasts:
- rice porridge is a very small portion, fresh, just boiled rice with milk and jam. It's not even close to porridge.
- pancakes are too salty, it is impossible to eat.
The light bulbs on the second floor are constantly flickering, I had to turn off half the lights in the hall, otherwise it is impossible to sit. An epileptic's dream!

очень хорошое кафе был недавно, атмосфера просто бомба хотел по блогодорить менеджера Жараса он отлично разрушил ситуацию, а также официанта Сунгата профессионал своего дела отлично обслужил.

Очень эгоцентричные. Восхваляют свое заведение, не могут или не хотят посоветовать любую другую кофейню в городе. Готовят кофе и даже ничего про него не знают.
Хостес отдельный разговор, девушка будто из другого мира, боится лишнее слово сказать.
