Super LCD, qualitatively and soundly built. The playground is small, there is a basketball court. The entrances are nice and clean, the shops are good around. I give 5 stars

Aurus residential complex is a new complex, there is no Playground, there is only a small field for football or basketball for children, the courtyard seems to be closed, which would be convenient, but cars come and go, the house is commissioned, but still the elevators have not been cleaned of the film from the wooden transom, as if for building material and not for people, the apartments themselves are not bad for living, although there is no balcony or loggia.

A good residential complex, the courtyards and surroundings are clean, the apartment is warm, a quiet area, while nearby there are supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, etc.))

I really like this J.K. The quality is top notch.Apartments for every taste, I know because they were chosen together with my sister.I would really like to live in this house.In the meantime, we're coming to visit my sister.

Nice new LCD. Repairs are being done everywhere. They drill a lot)) Parking near the house is difficult, but there is an underground parking. Many people here have bought apartments for rent - you can see by the digital locks on the doors instead of the usual ones with a key.

The sale of apartments in the residential complex began only after full commissioning. Good location, in the center of everything. The streets are narrow, so it's hard without parking.

I rented an apartment here, there is almost nothing nearby, no shops, no canteen. I won't rent an apartment here next time.
