Много товара в наличии
Очень хорошо, что работает по выходным до 20.00. В ряде случаев это очень выручает.
Вместе с тем, хотелось бы чтобы пункт выдачи был бы и на ж.д. вокзале. К нынешнему ходить не очень удобно.
Понравилось отношение персонала к клиентам. Организация работы и подходы к решению вопросов

3 раза заказывал и все 3 раза косяки... Сначала звонят подтверждают, а потом через пару часов отменяют и все... И ценник сразу резко увеличивается... Один из примеров.. Так что заказ и подтверждение это не значит, что будет товар у вас...

Заказал две позиции. Обе в наличии на сайте. Перезвонил менеджер, все в наличии приезжайте. Приезжаем (на очень то и близко кататься на Бабушкина). Одна позиция есть, второй нет. Причем нет той, которая больше нужна была. По телефону не предупредили. Ни извините ничего. Корректировка склада - не нравится досвидания. Жду компенсации хотя бы за топливо до этого «края мира».
