In the 21st century, when even a schoolboy knows how to use a phone book, couldn't an adult specialist find a couple of seconds to warn a client? Apparently, chatting with friends was much more important. A pathetic excuse, a pathetic service, a pathetic approach to business. If customers are just a hindrance to you, why open a store at all? We can only sympathize with those who, after such "service", want to return here.
