THE NEGATIVE. I changed the brake pads. The employee hammered the brake drum onto the newly installed pads, which he then removed with difficulty with a puller. Then his colleague began to "remove the edge" from the drum with a grinder. I intervened and called Master Alexei. He determined that it was a jammed handbrake cable. The employees are young and unprofessional! If I hadn't been present at the repair, I would have left in a faulty car! Maybe if the master himself turned the nuts, everything would be OK.....

They sell what is more profitable for themselves, what they earn more from. I'm not particularly interested in what happens to your car after that.
