We changed the oil in the engine, found that there was no O-ring included with the plug, took a chance, put the old one in, the oil drips. The time is 18.00, Friday. I need a car in the morning. We went to the nearest car shops in a panic. Everyone in oil flew into this store at about 18.30 with a question: "Do you have an O-ring?" the saleswoman looked at the computer: "Yes, did you get a card from us?" This was followed by the slowest registration in my life. As a result, around 6.50 p.m., she finished filling out the card and looks at us questioningly. We're confused, we say, "We need an O-ring," we thought she'd forgotten what we'd come for. And then she says, "Our manager will call you within an hour, take the order, and maybe the order will arrive tomorrow." We're in shock. They asked a clear question from the entrance! Why would we need to create a card if the necessary product is not available?We just lost time and didn't have time to go to other stores. Fortunately, by some miracle, an unused kit was found in the garage. This is the first time we've been to this store, and we won't go on principle anymore.
