I do not recommend this detailing organization to anyone. I'll explain why. No matter how many times I came to them with various problems, they were not ready to take on any, the answer to everything was - we do not do this or we can take on but we do not give a guarantee for the quality of performance. Although they promote their advertising and show that they do everything, and such problems that it seems impossible to solve, but they are either not ready to fix the fasteners or do dry cleaning, or they fill up the price that does not correspond to this situation. It is better not to waste energy and find a better organization if you are not a rich man on a mustang 👍

They beat up my car. I received insurance through the Euro protocol. In general, we figured it out ourselves in Belgosstrakh. I turned to the guys. We 've looked at everything . They said they'd call back. I had previously sent them all the photos of the insurance documents. I've been waiting for probably a week. No one called back. I called myself. They said, "We haven't looked yet." And added:"You've been waiting so long, you'll wait some more. If anything, we'll call you back!!!???" In general, as I understand it, they did not want to take over my car. The question arises: "WHY???". Such reviews on the Internet, the insurance documents are all in order. Do it, the customer will pay. What a piggish attitude. Yes, what good reviews can there be. I will also come there to them and write a complaint so that life does not seem like honey!!!
By the way, no one has called yet.
