We were passing through, the air conditioner ran out. We stopped by to refuel. It seems that everything was checked, refueled. Somehow it immediately seemed that the wind was blowing somehow wrong, not up to the ice as before. But it cooled me down. We left. We arrived home and parked the car. I had to go to Vitebsk in the morning. The weather was cloudy in the morning, the air conditioner was not turned on. They turned it on closer to lunch, but figs DOESN'T WORK there. We stopped at a service station in Vitebsk, but the system is empty. So the question arises, how did the employee check the system before filling it out. 90 rubles were thrown in the trash. If I had lived closer, I would have come and written a complaint. So I do not advise refueling the air conditioner from them, I can't say anything about the rest Now I will add more. We got to the diagnosis of the air conditioner, as a result, the hose was torn in two places, not cracked, namely the hole, which was already hissing during the diagnosis, how could it be established that the density of the system is normal? I've been serviced by them for a couple of years. I'm currently being serviced elsewhere! But I decided to leave a review. If something serious broke down, I immediately called, everything was clear at work. The only way I won't call, they say to call another day for an appointment, since there is no place, I call another day, similarly, there is no place, call another day Sometimes I didn't get through. You can't drive a car to them day in and day out, keep that in mind! And so, in general, the service is excellent.

I've known this point for a long time. In fact, from the very beginning. At that time, they had a spark garage and only a tire service. Later, a lift was installed in one, a tire service was left in the other, and then they went to expand. It is convenient that you can sign up with them, leave the car in the evening and in the morning it went to work. Shoals take place just like everywhere else. I am glad that they do not prove, with "foam at the mouth" like others, that it is not their fault, but immediately eliminate it. I like that there is no need to look for spare parts, they always offer a choice in different price categories. It may be a little more expensive, which I'm not sure about, but it's easier and faster. They maintain their own database of car repairs and have the opportunity to raise information on past repairs and replacements. In car repair, as in medicine: there are different internists, cardiologists, surgeons, etc. Everyone has their own specialization. If you have a problem with your car, you can safely go here - your car will be diagnosed. Then think for yourself. General repair work can be safely left here. Deeply specialized complex (engine, gearbox, electrics, etc.) it is better to look for narrow specialists. These people have insufficient qualifications and experience. To sum up: service - 5, quality of work - 4, staff (car mechanics) - 4, repair - 4+, waiting time - 5+. Despite the incidents that took place following the results of the repair work, I do not plan to change this workshop. It suits 99%. Well done guys. Keep it up.
