All the companies simply answered my questions, dropped the calculation and dropped out of the dialogue forever. But Autocom is not like that!!! I was accompanied by manager Alexander, who unobtrusively, professionally and tactfully reminded me of himself and the possibility of cooperation. And the most pleasant thing is, he did it as professionally as possible, never strained me, did not cause negative emotions. This, in principle, was the decisive moment in choosing the company for the order. A company that fights for a client and is willing to spend its time on him is important. That's why I signed a contract with them. Of course, there were other crucial aspects. Extensive experience in this field, articles in top Internet information sites, delivery of exclusive and very expensive cars to Belarus... I've been monitoring their website and their social media a lot. In terms of cost, there were companies ready to bring the car I was interested in for $ 350-500 cheaper, but they either work in this direction for six months or a year or zero interest.... Autocom bribed me by being very customer-oriented. I won't speak for the whole company, but Alexander did well!!! As a result, the car, as planned, arrived on time, everything is safe and sound, there are no new chips, scratches or anything else. Everything is as it was bought on the site in Korea, and everything has arrived. The only thing I can advise the guys is to wash the cars before handing them over to the client, it will be very pleasant. But here, the delivery clearly lies with the logistics, partners, and so on, in any case, it adds up to the overall impression of the company, the desire to recommend it, tell friends about it, etc. It costs $10 to wash the car, but the impression is that they are worried about the customer. Outside, it can then get dusty, soaked in the rain, etc., but inside the thresholds, carpets and seats at least refresh a little. Overall, I was very pleased with the company, and they found a decent car. Of course, I would like to have no colors at all, but of course, there are only a few of them, and no one will choose six months for the client. In general, they allocate about 14 days for the selection of cars, which is logical, there are a lot of customers and the company has no interest in accumulating them. Therefore, the principle is to close the deal quickly. But the Autocom did well, they closed the deal efficiently and professionally, pleased with the delivery time, constant information support and attention to the customer. When buying a car at an auction, they offered to make a complete repair, buy an original trunk curtain, and advised many things based on professional experience. Prices have been announced for everything, etc. I will order more from them.
