I was afraid that they would start "selling" extra services or not really explain what was going on with my car. But this time it was completely different! I came to my baby's scheduled maintenance (a red Fiat 500, if anyone is interested). The receptionist (unfortunately, I didn't remember the name, but he was very polite and attentive) listened to all my questions, calmly and clearly explained what they would do and why. No technical terms that make my head spin! As a result, we did everything quickly, efficiently and, most importantly, at an adequate price! They showed the old parts and explained why they needed to be replaced. Even the level of the washing liquid was checked and topped up! It's a small thing, but it feels good. In general, I was very satisfied! I recommend this bus station. Girls, don't be afraid, you won't be deceived here and everything will be done conscientiously! 👍

Suspension diagnostics was carried out at a high level: everything was explained in detail, the problem nodes were shown, and clear recommendations were given. Thanks a lot for that. Extremely disappointing service: However, all positive impressions were completely negated by the behavior of the manager who accepted the payment. In my presence, he did not respond very pleasantly to the suspension mechanic about the condition of my car, saying something like "he has rotten thresholds there." At the same time, he completely ignored me, as if I wasn't there. This was followed by a complete refusal of communication: the manager did not consider it necessary to explain in detail to me, the client, the reason why the service station could not complete the work. He just took the money for the diagnosis, gave the change, and that was the end of the interaction. Our entire "dialogue" boiled down to the phrase "take the change." That's all. We went to another service station, where we looked at the suspension again, said all the same problems with the car, and calculated the repair cost. AND NOT A WORD about the bad THRESHOLDS of my car.
