Extremely disappointing service: However, all positive impressions were completely negated by the behavior of the manager who accepted the payment. In my presence, he did not respond very pleasantly to the suspension mechanic about the condition of my car, saying something like "he has rotten thresholds there." At the same time, he completely ignored me, as if I wasn't there. This was followed by a complete refusal of communication: the manager did not consider it necessary to explain in detail to me, the client, the reason why the service station could not complete the work. He just took the money for the diagnosis, gave the change, and that was the end of the interaction. Our entire "dialogue" boiled down to the phrase "take the change." That's all. We went to another service station, where we looked at the suspension again, said all the same problems with the car, and calculated the repair cost. AND NOT A WORD about the bad THRESHOLDS of my car.
