Good day to everyone. I want to share my experience with Autogarage. I didn't find the company based on reviews or recommendations, I just came across it on social networks. It was more than a year ago, I signed up and monitored it, as they say. It wasn't the only company I had plans for. But the choice fell on Autogarage, which I do not regret at all. Very professional staff, they know their job. In particular, I want to single out Vladislav (thank you very much). Any questions I had were immediately resolved, any change in delivery, etc. I was immediately notified. They work competently. Photo and video reports were immediately before payment, then before sending and at the end to the SVH in Minsk. The car was traveling in a container, there were delays on the railway, but nothing critical, it arrived within 2 months. We are very voluntary. I recommend Autogarage to everyone. Unfortunately, I was not so pleased and grateful to this company for purchasing a car. I ordered a car from China. The delivery time is absolutely not true. By the way, there is still no car. And it has already been more than 2 months ... to all my perplexities and questions, they tell me that on our part we have done everything possible ... then new sanctions are imposed, then the container was delayed, then something else ... there is no one person, specifically, responsible for the work. First one smokes, then the other and everything is thrown at each other. And then the declorants themselves call and offer to speed up the process, sign a contract and the day after tomorrow you can pick up the car ... and then it turns out that the day after tomorrow they have a day off and in general, the car has not arrived yet…
In general, the joy of buying, instead of positive and joyful emotions, was overshadowed by this waiting situation.
I really needed a car before the trip... as a result, I'm leaving, but there is no car and no one knows when it will be…
I considered several companies, I liked the reviews here, that's why I applied, but…

The price was described to me in detail, it is clearly visible for what and how much I pay - the cost of the car itself, commission, logistics, customs, paperwork, etc., everything is transparent, this is a big plus. When my husband and I decided to buy a car in Germany, everything rested on one problem – which company to do it through. I talked to a dozen companies, but all of them are customer-oriented, and none of the car selection and fitting companies were human-oriented. This is subjective, but for me it was a very important criterion, since I understand what the difference is here. After the first conversation with the manager of the Avtogaraj company, there was no doubt that I would conclude the contract for the selection and fitting of cars with them.
At the current specific time, problems arose in the process of buying a car, but the managers gave their assessment of the situation and, very importantly, immediately offered a solution. Given my perfectionism and sometimes stupid questions, there was never a feeling that the manager was responding with phrases on duty. I always received answers to my questions promptly and in full.
Separately, it should be noted the process of customs clearance of cars, which was clearly organized.
Thank you very much for your help in realizing one of my goals – buying a car that meets all the criteria that I have outlined. I definitely recommend Auto Garage to my friends, in the future, to buy a new car only here, since here I received not just a car purchase service, but also first-class service.

I wanted to buy a motorcycle from the states. Harley of course. It became a question of finding a reliable company. A friend recommended Prada Motors. We discussed the nuances of bidding, delivery, etc. with representatives of the company. Upon arrival in the Republic of Belarus, they helped with customs clearance in the Sennitsa. The delivery time is about 5 months, BUT there were questions about documents in the states that were resolved + a slight delay in shipping.
