For the first time I decided to bring a car from the USA. I chose the company carefully out of about 10, and settled on Autogroup: I was bribed by a fairly detailed description of the costs and a good reputation. I contacted them in mid-January, and on April 28th they won the lot. The guys set the price for the delivery and the time period of 3-4 months. On April 26th, I took the car from the warehouse. I would like to mention the following positive points separately: 1. The shipping price indicated on the day of the auction not only did not increase, but DECREASED (!!!) - they charged $ 200 for downtime, in fact they met $ 160+-. By the way, + for not trying at the start, when choosing a company, to identify the minimum figure to attract a client, but named the real cost, including with these "insurance" 200 $. 2. The delivery time was indicated as 3-4 months, in fact it turned out to be less than 3 months. 3. Upon delivery to the car, the trunk door was slightly flattened (it was painlessly removed), the guys requested compensation from the carrier. It's been more than a month, I didn't hope anymore, to be honest, but the guys reported that they managed to get compensation. Which is doubly pleasant, because they could have calmly said that they could not receive compensation, and kept the money for themselves, especially since I would not have found out in any way. Therefore, great respect for honesty, it's nice. I'm picking up the car from the repair in a couple of days, I'm completely satisfied, next time the choice of the company will be much easier to make!
