I applied under warranty and hard hat - the work is clear and transparent. Once I had to stand my ground a little (as it turned out, for good reason) and once due to the fact that different craftsmen made a call to return the car without full information on all issues. The waiting room is comfortable + you can freely view new cars. There is a small area with sandwiches and coffee for a snack. Of the cons, I can name the price and probably the location (there is nowhere to walk if you wait 2 hours+, and only leave by taxi or carsharing if you are lucky)

Then the attitude of the staff seemed to us arrogant and biased. His eyes said, "What are these scoundrels doing here?!" We left with the idea that the car dealership, and BMW, were just unreasonable pretenses. Vladislav Kozak was able to change his attitude towards the BMW brand and the car dealership when he called my wife about the car. Then, for about an hour, he listened to our doubts and suggested different options. As a result, he persuaded us to visit this car dealership again. During the conversation, I was able to tell you in detail about the car and conduct a high-quality test drive. As a result, we bought a new car. We still wonder how? Moreover, during the sale, Vladislav showed empathy, got into our position and picked up the car just for our needs. As he told us, "I'm not a salesman, I'm a BMW expert." Which turned out to be true in the end. All the words spoken during the presentation of the car were confirmed. That is, he gave the most accurate and truthful information. I have already traveled 12 thousand km. and there were no complaints about the car. He remains in touch with us until now. In March 2025, he stopped by and greeted us like family, even though we had not bought anything from him. We talked, he treated us to coffee, in general, it seemed that you were communicating with a loved one. I am sure that he communicates with other clients the same way (we have witnessed such communication). Vladislav Kozak is a true professional, of which there are few. About the service: We have already come to the service twice: to change the oil and inspect the car. They immediately talk about discounts, they don't sell extra work, the attitude is friendly and correct. There have never been any complaints about the work.

On 12/27/2024, I signed up for THAT Auto Idea. They made SOMETHING out of the pluses + The wiring problem in the trunk lid was fixed. On the downside, the rear door was scratched and the driver's door closer was broken. Extremely careless attitude towards the car. + They constantly add extras. services - computer diagnostics, let's look at the suspension, add an adblue, and so on. About the cost of the supplement. They don't inform me, I thought they didn't do that kind of nonsense anymore.

I have always been serviced by this service. On August 10, 2024, he appealed to this organization with a complaint about beating during braking. After a complete diagnosis, it was recommended to replace the front brake discs and pads. All work was completed on the same day. After driving 2000 km, on August 28, 2024, a new appeal to this service with a heartbeat during braking. A complete check of the brake system was ordered again, according to the results of which the ovality of the front right disc was 15%, with a tolerance of 20%. No overheating of the disks was detected. According to the master receiver, "there is a beating, but it is in the tolerances." (I can't understand what it means to run out in tolerances when braking from 100km/h on a premium car). Having warned the master that I need to go to Europe and return after 500 km, I will not be able to, to which I received the answer again – that everything is in the manufacturer's tolerances. After driving another 1000 km and being already in Sweden, the discs began to beat so that the car bounced when braking. I want to note that I have never slowed down on these disks, only slowed down. I didn't go to the track. At the same time, the M-sport discs, and considering the price, are designed to slow down more and better. I changed the discs that were in the new car at a run of 120,000 km when they went out of tolerance, and even then they did not have a runout. On September 13, 2024, after returning from a trip, on the same day I turned to the dealer with a full check of the brake system, including checking the hubs. The result of the diagnosis is an ovality outside the tolerances, the discs are overheated, and therefore the warranty is denied. After writing the claim, the discs and pads were replaced under warranty.

We agreed with them on the purchase of spare parts at Eurozapchast LLC (Armtek) for maintenance, and clarified several times with different managers what documents needed to be provided and what would happen with the warranty. They said that everything is FINE, attach the INVOICE from the supplier and come. We arrived 400 km away by appointment, and it turned out that you only need to buy spare parts from them. They just spread their hands and said that the managers had misdirected us and recorded us incorrectly. No one even tried to solve the problem.

It seems that the price announced on the phone can be considered an offer. And it wasn't me who somehow misrepresented the essence of the work - it's not my fault that they calculated something completely different! Okay. Upon arrival, I ask you to check the headlights and the operation of the rear camera. The result? The headlights cannot be checked, they can only be adjusted — for money, of course. They forgot about the camera altogether. Can you imagine? The official service can't check the headlights and camera in the car, Carl!!! What kind of "premium service" is this from a leading automaker? I'm already silent about the fact that they initially said "two hours to work." I've been waiting for almost three and a half hours! When asked to clarify why the time was being delayed, they replied: "The master is in a meeting." So he's working for meetings, not for clients? It's fabulous! Well, the final touch: I asked to charge my phone, and they gave me a discharged power bank. A curtain.

I asked what the problem was, and they said that the SZL block needed to be replaced. As a result, I took the car from them with this problem and went to my car electrician. He connected the computer and said that it turns out that I just had the driver's safety airbag deactivated. I activated it and the error went away. That's how the dealer breeds the client...otherwise, they would have sold me a new unit and more replacement work. I think it would have worked out at a good price.

The first one they sent me away with: I applied to the recall company for the EGR radiator on X3. Dealer's response: We are sanctioned, we do not provide warranty service. It's funny, Belavia was also under sanctions, but it serves planes. By car, here's the answer: drive a car from the EU to the EU or Kazakhstan. I explain to the gentlemen, the car has license plates from the Russian Federation, I have been living in Belarus for 10 years. The dealer is not interested, the answer is the same, go to the EU. Okay, another question, the ZF box started kicking. Auto Idea has an oil change promotion. I call and ask if there is a full replacement for the promotion, or half (5.5 liters). The dealer's response is to perform a partial replacement. I ask you to perform a complete oil change in the box (8 liters plus a tray with a filter), the question of money is not worth it. The answer is that we do not do such work. It is a pity that the official dealer does not know how to completely change the oil in the automatic transmission. Well, fortunately, there are those in Minsk who know how to carry out such work. As it is, everything is beautiful inside and the coffee is probably good.

I stopped by for diagnostics, for 350 rubles they only read errors and inspected the suspension, which takes an average hundred 30 minutes at most, and waited 2.5 hours here. They did not give reports on vibration complaints, they advised to replace all liquids - it did not give any result, CarPlay did not do it, no leaks were found in the transfer case. I didn't understand what the money and time were spent on. In trying to find out, I only encountered prevarication
