I had the opportunity to get acquainted with the AvtoKing company. I applied on November 12, 2025, regarding the alleged knocking of the steering rack. At the time agreed upon by phone at 09 a.m., the staff accepted the car with the registration of the order. There is a stand near the acceptance and delivery desk, where the main types of steering rails and types of their faults with cuts are presented live. It makes a positive impression, you feel like you're in a specialized organization. The staff of the car center answer questions with restraint and carefully, they speak to the point. After putting the car into repair, I immediately left, assuming that any specifics about the steering rack would be known only after four hours, as stated during the acceptance. However, after 25 minutes, a call came from the AvtoKing company, during which master Andrey informed about the presence of a minimum backlash of the steering rack and recommended that the stabilizer struts should not be repaired for the time being. No money was requested when receiving the car. I thank the AvtoKing company for their work.

I applied to this office to repair the brake caliper. It was necessary to put the bushings under the guides. They also sold their batteries at exorbitant prices. Money is wasted. I will attach the condition of the guides after two days of operation of the machine.

We turned here because they seemed to respond to them as adequate guys, in fact it turned out that, like most of the service stations, they were just trying to get more money! But since we're doing a bit of research on this topic , it didn 't work out .it seems that the service station is engaged in repairing rails, and not only removing them, but for some reason when they brought their own rail, which, by the way, was found twice as cheap, they said they were not repairing, the question is: why then do they do everything there by these craftsmen? Do they follow each other and tell people how hard it is to find a rail and only they can find it for a lot of money?! We had to tell them and show them how to do it, but in the end we did it ourselves.and it turns out that they only had to remove and install the rail, in the end they managed not even to tighten the bolt on it! And as it turned out, they didn't check whether it was working or not! In general, we went there, we thought that the guys were cool, in the end they fucked themselves up to the fullest.I don't recommend it.
