Many thanks to the support staff. In an emergency, we got into the situation, quickly contacted the courier, and gave them the opportunity to connect the recipient and the courier in order to pick up the package of documents ahead of schedule on the way. Thank you very much!!!!

The most terrible delivery, unfortunately, some stores/organizations work only with it. The time frame is not specified correctly, contacts (numbers) cannot be reached or found out. They were repeatedly substituted with the delivery. You sit and wait all day, and if you receive an SMS from the courier (which is rare), the courier does not pick up the phone! The courier calls 5-7 minutes before delivery.

I hereby express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the delivery services provided by your organization. I would like to draw attention to the following disadvantages of the service: 1. **Lack of customer awareness**: Couriers often call immediately before arrival, without providing advance notification of the planned delivery time. This forces the client to stay at home all day, creating inconvenience and reducing the quality of life. 2. **Unpredictability of time frames**: The stated time intervals turn out to be extremely wide, which makes it impossible to plan other activities and activities. These problems significantly reduce the level of satisfaction with your services and negatively affect the company's reputation. I ask you to take measures to improve the quality of service and ensure timely notification of customers about the planned delivery dates in order to avoid similar situations in the future.
