But then another call came from the courier in which he informed that his working day was over (around 16:00) and the delivery was postponed to the next day, but since the situation could repeat the next day according to the delivery time, he had to go to the department on his own to pick up the parcel. Yes, couriers are people too, but the attitude should not be one-sided. Perhaps I was just "lucky" with the performer, but lack of flexibility in relation to clients will not lead to success.
