The worst delivery in Belarus! I do not recommend contacting them to legal entities if you do not want constant problems! They charged money for a parcel that was not delivered! And I had to travel on my own from Minsk for 300 km and look for and pick up my parcel on my own! This is beyond the limit! They're losing parcels! They're letting you down on time! The parcels are delivered in terrible condition! There are only problems with this delivery! Employees are not focused on the client and on solving issues! Despite the fact that I replied that I can't come home from work in 2 minutes. It's a business day (Tuesday) To which he hung up, picked up and rescheduled the delivery for another day without my consent. The driver is Vyacheslav Saulyak. Terrible attitude!!!
