The guy is in his place and I wish him a career with his head in life! The fact is that I made an appointment with you to change the oil in the gearbox on a Buick (barely), I said call me back when you decide on the date definitively, when I decided, I dialed, but his replacement answered and refused to change the oil. I refer to the fact that they do not work with such machines. I objected and said that his colleague agreed and even named the approximate cost of services, in response, he was sent on Friday to wait for your master, Vadim Piven, to leave (with whom I spoke for the first time) as a result, he organized everything, everything went well, there were no comments, he gave detailed advice on the car and the fluid replacement regulations! This is an indicator, not like his colleague.. They say we don't know how cars work, which means we're not doing IT. I hope your supervisor sees this comment and at least gives you a word of praise! Well done guy, when people work like this, I want to come to you! Happy New Year to all of you

I contacted the Autonomy car repair shop at 28 Morozova St. first about spare parts, bought a spare part and brought it to the garage specialists, who, in turn, sat for half a day and could not install a new ball bearing for me. I had to go back to the store and demand a replacement for the spare part because it doesn't seem to fit, according to garage specialists. To which manager Oleg said that he could go and show that the spare part was really the right one, in fact, it really turned out that way: he came and unscrewed the ball valve for me within 2 minutes. Thank you so much for your help. I've been working with this service for 5 years and there have never been any problems, at the moment I wanted to do it faster and not wait, because there was a queue at the service, but unfortunately it didn't work out with the garage workers. I'd rather wait next time.Recommend. The best people and experts.
