Treating the client like cattle. They can't consult properly, they always interrupt, supposedly they know everything. It is forbidden to walk around the territory, it is forbidden to look at spare parts. they'll pull it all out by themselves. I'm very glad that they like to play sports :), but maybe it's better to learn how to talk to customers.
