I liked this store. Very helpful colleagues. Fedor, Yaroslav and Roman are 3 gentlemen who helped me immensely. They were patient to answer all my queries, find every part which was necessary for my car, guided me on the fluids. I liked their client oriented nature and thank them.

Совсем недавно впервые обратился в этот магазин и был приятно удивлëн. Консультант Алексей достаточно быстро подобрал необходимые детали на мой Х5 и оформил заказ. Очень порадовало, что всё оказалось в наличии. Такое бывает не в каждом дилерском центре. Замену деталей, рычагов передней подвески, из экономии времени решил сделать в сервисе при магазине и впоследствии не пожалел об этом. Вероятно повезло, воскресным утром мне совсем не пришлось ждать. После оформления заказ-наряда мастер-приëмщик забрал моего коня и загнал в бокс. На весь ремонт, замену рычагов и сход-развал, ушло менее двух часов. Одним словом - рекомендую...

Часто приезжаю в магазин на Нагорной дом 33, живу рядом, и неоднократно обращалась в автосервис по замене масла, расходников и других вопросов по машине. Сегодня приехала в автосервис по замене колес, практически перед закрытием магазина, за 30 минут мне быстро переобули машину, хотя были другие клиенты. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность мастеру автосервиса Шляхтич Сергею Сергеевичу, который к своей работе относится с душою, любит свою работу, очень внимателен к клиентам магазина, МАСТЕР своего дела, за его высокий профессионализм, оперативность, слаженность в коллективе, доброжелательность, все расскажет и объяснит, все делает быстро, четко, это очень важно- экономит время клиента. Побольше бы таких мастеров и профессионалов своего дела как Сергей Сергеевич Шляхтич, пожалуйста поощрите данного сотрудника!!!!!!
