But there is one big thing, BUT the service leaves much to be desired, 2 employees work, it was about 15 hours, there are a kilometer of people in the queue, and the employee, after serving the client, leaves for lunch, had to stand in line for 40 minutes, while the second employee served the legal entity for a long time... I understand everything, war is war, and lunch is on schedule, but if you are focused on customer orientation, then you could serve most of the people and leave for lunch, from 30-40 minutes I think no one would die
