When you called and asked about availability and the opportunity to order, the sellers almost send you to the forest, but very culturally. I understand that the guys have a lot of sales, you definitely don't need to help with the choice in this regard. There are no bags for wheels in the store, if you haven't brought your own, then put dirty wheels in a clean interior. Friendliness is on the level - get out. When asked where to change it, they put a flyer on the table with a displeased face. The seller's job is difficult, but so much negativity in this place is very strange, both on the phone and in the store itself. If I had a choice to buy somewhere else, I would definitely go to another store.

Seller Alexey (with a mustache ) He's a very unpleasant person, maybe something happened to him.... He tried to mislead and say that a refund without a cash receipt is not valid, although I drew his attention to the fact that according to the Law "On Consumer Protection", the buyer can make such a refund during the warranty period... I will no longer write the paragraph of the Law, the text will be too long.... Also, the seller Alexey did not help to pack the tires in branded bags.... The sediment remained :-((( In general, I am happy with the company itself, I made the order with the help of the call center, everything is fast, I feel the staff training - they helped me choose, gave me advice, and provided promotions, for which I would like to thank the company's management... The next day, I received an SMS about the order's readiness and the receiving address.
