Hello everyone! I am writing about this organization so that people who decide to contact them understand that all the positive reviews about them are pure cheating, but the negative reviews are the truth! I came to them three times to diagnose a malfunction (when refueling the air conditioner, freon lasted a month and completely left) at the first diagnosis, they refueled and told me to drive 2 thousand km. freon came to them, there are no leaks, gas analyzers (for visibility) do not show anything, the master unscrewed the lid from the valve for refueling and said that it was loosely closed, the ball is supposedly jammed, then he said go if anything, come again. I came again (the problem has not changed), gas analyzers again, vacuum cleaning, they say, they say some kind of tube needs to be boiled + refueling 405 rubles. For everything. I agree, they forgot to connect the terminal during assembly and the sound signal stopped working + the steering wheel began to vibrate at maximum fan speed. I'm coming. The half-drunk "master" unscrewed the bolts, picked at the terminal, hooked it up, the singalong worked. The vibration in the steering wheel is the director of this service station.... he said to change the cabin filter in it (everything was fine before their repair). I changed it. The vibration remained. A month later, freon is at zero again. I come under warranty (6 months have been given). Another "master" performs the same manipulations as the first one, after which he turns on the gas analyzer) "conjures" and the device makes some kind of sound, after which he points to the crushed beetle on the radiator and says here is your problem. Well, do it under warranty, what are the problems? Refusal. I went to a normal service station where they really showed where the problem is. A video was shot. And the radiator and tubes. They didn't do anything at all. As a result, I will file a lawsuit. If you don't want problems like mine, don't contact them!!!! The whole rating is screwed up!!!

It's not the first time I've visited them, I service all the cars in the family, by the way, I'm in the car business. Usually just to refuel the air conditioner, but there were also a couple of difficult repairs. There are no complaints. The price tag may be slightly higher than average, the garage is cheaper, but the service is better and more convenient, the work is done efficiently and on time. There has never been a hint of unnecessary work, after repairs they will always connect a computer and extinguish all errors for free, because they don't even include computer diagnostics in the order, I don't know if I'm so lucky..)). In general, I recommend it!

This is not the first time I have applied. I was repairing the air conditioner. I had to change a lot of things - tubes, radiator. But now everything is working. Which I am very happy about. We did it quickly enough, I won't say for the price - cheap, expensive - a little more than 1200 rubles with work and spare parts. The guys - both managers and mechanics - told and showed everything quite well. There were no questions.

I came to diagnose the air conditioner. They checked, they said - you need to replace the radiator (condenser) and repair one hose. I paid for the diagnosis. At the time they set, he arrived for repairs with his (new) radiator. Barely done by the end of the day. I paid 700 rubles. It's just a job and a hose. After a week and a half, it doesn't work again, you need to go. Even if they do it for free, it's wasted time and a day without a car. I don't recommend it.

Passat b7 2014. I went to them to diagnose the air conditioner. He saw traces of oil on the radiator of the air conditioner himself, and said that the freon goes away by half, in 2-3 months. The master insisted that it is necessary to make a diagnosis. I agreed. What is diagnostics? The "master" connected the tubes to the machine, pumped out the freon and did the vacuum test, although initially I explained to him that I had already passed the "vacuum test". There was no problem with that. And so it turned out, the test showed nothing. Then I showed him the smudges on the radiator myself. To which he replied: "Well, yes... I need to change the radiator..", I: "Seriously?! I came with this vision!"... well, okay, lyrics aside, for "$ 8 diagnosis. Radiator replacement was counted from $ 130 for work and refueling + the cost of spare parts. Well, it seems fine... It's just that I'm not really in the subject of how much such a job should cost. But it turned out that the OFFICIAL VOLKSWAGEN DEALER, with its cosmic prices, makes this work CHEAPER. As a result, they made an original radiator at the dealer for $ 110 +. The general impression is that these hacks work according to a typical scheme of patching suckers. And since, like many clients, I did not understand the issue, they also heated me up (for diagnostics, and wanted to pay for the cost of work). I hope that such "merchants" will die out as a class.
