Victor is 59 years old in Nefteyugansk. I haven't been to my homeland, Kyrgyzstan, for a long time. Therefore, my wife and I decided to go. By car is not an option, the road is long and "surprises" are not excluded on the road. And without a car, we won't have time to go everywhere in a week... I sent requests to several rentals, and although I indicated in the request (economy without leaving the road), I was offered either SUVs or business cars... I wrote to Autotour, the answer came quickly, exactly what I requested. The car was delivered to the airport, the inspection, and the signing of the contract took 10 minutes. The car was clean, refueled, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. There have been no complaints about the operation of the car all the time. But it was on the roads...there are a lot of gaps in the coverage, and the traffic is dense - the maneuver is limited. And so, on the Krasnaya Rechka-Bishkek highway, I caught a hole and a hernia came out, and a couple of kilometers later a gust formed at the site of the hernia. I put the spare tire on and called the Auto Tour, warned them. Upon delivery at the airport, the car was inspected, and since there was no other damage, part of the deposit was returned. A couple of days later, they sent receipts for gas station, rubber, and car wash. And after checking the fines, they sent the rest. The guys are working great. Thanks to our curator Nikolai for clarity in his work, calmness (even when examining the damaged wheel), communication with him was pleasant... The Autotour was satisfied with the work. I RECOMMEND IT!

We rented 5 SUVs from Avtotur for a week. All the cars were in good condition. The managers were also in touch, promptly answered all our questions regarding the car. Part of the deposit is held for 2 weeks to check the fines.After that, part of the deposit was returned in full. We recommend it!
