The instructor had no patience or professionalism– he was constantly shouting, insulting, and just nervous instead of explaining. After such "lessons", only the fear of the steering wheel remained. The program does not match the stated one – instead of 50 hours of driving, in fact there were only 15, and even those were reduced under various pretexts.
