Baursaks with a balkaimak are traditionally good!!! Horse cheeks with eggplant puree is the most delicate dish! Thanks to the waitress for the historical excursion and review of the restaurant! At the end of the review, I want to leave an enthusiastic review about lemonades! I've never tasted anything tastier in my life! We took two types. Both are incredibly delicious. One is called, I think, haymarket. Be sure to try it! You won't regret it!)

This is a unique restaurant of neo-nomadic cuisine AUYL.
In the design of Auyl, natural materials peculiar to this area were used. The interior of AUYL is a kind of monument to decorative and applied creativity. Chairs, carpets and decorative ornaments are handmade by artisans. The products are processed in such a way as to age naturally, becoming covered with a patina of time.
The main idea of the menu is Central Asia from the time of the nomads. Most of the dishes are prepared on the basis of the three most important ingredients in this culture: water, flour and meat. Cooked over an open fire, in cauldrons, on the grill, in a tandoor, the food becomes incredibly delicious.
