It turns out that there are problems with early breakfasts in Brest. Many establishments open from 10, and there's not much to have breakfast with. How lucky we are to have found this cafe!!!the barista girl, very smiling and friendly, served us "like her own". The food was amazing!!!The coffee is incredible! At the beginning of April (3.04), we enjoyed the warm sun on the cozy veranda!
It's only for the sake of your cafe that you can return to Brest once more! Thank you very much

Well, the cafe has finally slipped down. A year ago it was "bad", and now it is "very bad". The staff do not know the composition, do not know the assortment, can not advise anything, the food is not delicious. Business lunch is terrible. I tried everything from the assortment. I did not check the expiration dates last time "under shock". Therefore, 2 stars remain for untested deadlines and cleanliness in the hall.

While walking through the snow-covered Brest, I got a little chilly and ran in to drink tea. I got into a pleasant, cozy atmosphere.
Polite, attentive service, delicious desserts.

I ordered a European takeaway breakfast. I asked the girl to make porridge without sugar, and put the dressing that goes into the salad separately. We did everything quickly, and most importantly, it was VERY TASTY! Especially oatmeal porridge with berries and almond petals🫶🏼

We came to have breakfast on May 9th. There were a lot of people, they warned that the wait would be more than 30 minutes, OK, we decided to stay. They began to choose dishes, it turned out that there were no avocados, so they could not cook some of the dishes. With grief, we figured out in half what is available, ordered. They sat down at a table that had just been vacated, the dishes were removed from it, but they did not bother to wipe it. While waiting, we decided to order tea, it turned out that half of the menu was missing… We waited for 40-45 minutes. In the big American breakfast, instead of beans, there were broken cucumbers, but it was okay, nothing special. The salmon benedict was as strange as possible, the sauce was heterogeneous, as if it had flaked, perhaps due to an excess of lemon juice, it was just stupidly lemon. Salmon is tasteless, very salty. The zucchini fritters were like porridge, and the salmon was also salted.
The cheesecakes on the menu are declared with jam, brought with condensed milk with the words "there was no jam, did they do anything with condensed milk?", they did not wait for an answer, put them quickly on the table and ran away.
While we were eating, we heard that the announced waiting time at the entrance increased and increased, first 45 minutes, then an hour, and when we left, the guests were offered to wait for breakfast for 1.5 hours, and the people had already greatly decreased!!! The guests just turned around and left, maybe it's for the best.
It feels like there are 2 people working in the institution, 1 accepts and distributes orders, the other cook, both do not have time to do their job efficiently.

We arrived at 8.05 am, despite the fact that the opening is at 8 - the door is closed.
After I called the phone, the door was opened at 8.10 am. We sat down at a table, and the girl, opening the door, stood behind the counter. She did not explain where and how to order, but she did not seem to be going to carry the menu. At 8.15 I asked: where to place an order? It turned out that at the counter.
I asked where the breakfast menu was. It turned out that the kitchen was open from 8.30.
In general, they did not wait, they went to another place. Tourists don't seem to be welcome here

Absolute 0.. Came from reviews and advertisements that indicate the right to be called one of the best breakfast options.
Result:
The staff is zero, they do not know how to take an order, the order of bringing dishes too.
The service format is strange, the order at the checkout is paid immediately, you bring the devices yourself.
The dishes do not comply with the complaint.
To questions about the discrepancy between the order and reality, the bartender boy answered completely rudely, "well, I do not know what's in the kitchen", "how do you know how it should be" although I just clarified why instead of iceberg rucolla and pepperoni instead of ham where to find out the exact composition of the dishes.

A great place for gatherings in the evening. Coffee with the aroma of cocoa, almonds and milk chocolate is great for dairy drinks.
The kitchen is mostly more for a snack or a light breakfast. Special attention is paid to pastas and soups, which are quite satisfying for the average person, I do not have enough to saturate one serving..
I can't say much about desserts, I'm not a fan of sweets. Classic desserts, as in many other establishments.
The interior of the place is a little dark, but at the same time very comfortable. For selfie lovers, there is a great toilet with a large illuminated mirror.
The working staff consists of young people, all sociable and friendly.
