A small and cozy Thai-style hotel. The lobby has an authentic design, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. It is very clean, the territory and rooms are well cleaned. The rooms are spacious, all with balconies with two armchairs and a table. The staff is very polite, hospitable, everyone tries to help and provide service at the highest level. The territory of the hotel is surrounded by greenery, it's just a tropical oasis, birds are singing, squirrels are jumping on trees, trees and bushes in flowers. The undoubted advantage of the hotel is its location. The exit immediately to Dongtan beach, it is separated from the hotel gate by a small, almost pedestrian, path. Nearby there are exchangers, cafes, 7/11, tuk-tuks. Jomtien Night Market is very close. I really love this hotel, our little paradise, which we look forward to meeting every time.

There are few rooms with two beds and those either in adjacent rooms - two-room family rooms, I did not agree to such a communal apartment, or a view of the garden, in fact there is a road and a concrete fence under the windows, behind which the building of another hotel, or rather its technical premises, well, the most interesting thing is the garbage dump of the restaurant, you can not go out to the loggia It smells bad. In the morning, at six o'clock, there is a knock, vibration from the fans in the restaurant. I didn't like the breakfasts, the only plus is that you can order an omelet and a lot of fruit. In the morning, when people are sitting on the sun beds by the pool, they begin to clean the pool, water the plants. At the check-out, they tried to present a receipt for using the bar. The biggest plus is the convenient location of the hotel, even though the beach across the street is considered a beach for people of non-traditional orientation. But in general, maybe we were just unlucky, well, they don't like people sleeping separately in this hotel) they bought a ticket in three months, but they obviously weren't waiting for us there.

There is zero service. The hotel is for those who have not seen anything good. Everything is dead, shabby, the rooms are cleaned disgustingly. Everything is mildewed. No one knows English. A room for 500 thousand 14 days is squalor. The hangers are multicolored- remnants from previous guests. The towels are battered. The breakfasts are disgusting. On the second day of rest, they found mountains of bottles from previous guests under the bed.

Therefore, all the dishes of European cuisine were generously seasoned with ointment - carbonara, caesar, even the damn burger was with ointment and without ketchup. But Thai dishes are just awesome. That's actually the thought about the cook. The rooms had , as it were, a downgrade . Instead of the normal TVs that were 3 years ago, they put some shit that can't play videos from flash drives. Just the music. Here are cartoons for children with you on a flash drive. And don't tell me that I wrote down the wrong format. I found the damn instructions on this TV on the Internet and really only photos and music were available to him. How is this even possible? Before the pandemic, there were normal TV sets

My wife and mother and I were guests at this hotel from January 10 to January 22, 2024. So in order: 1. The hotel itself is quite nice, but "tired". It is located on the first coastline - the beach is just across the street. Languages for communication: Thai and English (but they know English very poorly), they do not know Russian at all. Alternatively, communication via a translator on the phone. 2. Check-in: back in September 2023, we booked 2 rooms with a view of the pool. We come to check in, and the answer is: "one room with a view of the pool, and the second one is a class below, with a view of the wall, since the hotel is full!". To say that we were surprised is to say nothing! (although looking ahead, I want to say that they tried to compensate for this "jamb" by offering us a higher class room for a couple of days), but it still shouldn't be like this-what room you booked and paid for, you should get it! And such a story is the norm for the hotel: at least three times passing by the reception we observed an identical situation, people from different countries arriving, faced such a problem when checking in! But the staff at the reception "do not sweat" and tell everyone the same "fairy tale" that the hotel is full, and the arrangements do not matter! 3. Room stock: "tired", but generally normal, air conditioners only buzz like an airplane turbine, it is impossible to sleep at night. 4. Nutrition: - breakfast: buffet, cost 400 baht / person (at the rate of January 2024 about 1100₽ / person): the choice of products is weak, the food is tasteless to our taste, but you can eat, I would not recommend taking breakfast from them. 5. Staff: in general, traditionally not competent (but this is Thailand, you have to understand), they can mix up the order, put a fork and a spoon at someone's plate, a fork and a knife next to him, and a knife and a spoon to a third person (although we order +/- the same thing), the service is long, dirty dishes the cleaning is bad. In the evenings, some local "singer" sings Angolan and Russian-language songs, but distorting the words so much that you don't understand anything at all, what she sings there, and then walks along the tables with an offer to leave a tip, her voice is creepy, mournful. At the reception, in the lobby and elevator, there are ads for "happy hours" for cocktails, but when ordering cocktails at the specified time, they say at the bar: "all cocktails are over", although all the components are on the shelves, in addition, the promotions do not correspond to the stated ones: it says 2 cocktails at the price of 1, but in fact they offer 3 beer for the price of 2, and this is the norm for them, to write one thing, but in fact everything is different. In general, gouging in its purest form, they can include extra things in the bill, but something is not included, they confuse which dish is for whom, although everything seems to be recorded. Room cleaning: cleaning is normal by Thai standards. 6. The pool as a whole is not bad, it consists of 2 adjacent parts: children's (depth about 50 cm) and adult (depth like 160 cm, I do not remember), there are not enough sunbeds, as usual, there are boards on the floor around the perimeter of the pool, from which nails stick out and small ants run, water in the pool it seems to be clean, but leaves fall from trees into the water and float there, no one is in a hurry to clean them. Glasses and dirty dishes from the tables at the sun beds are also not cleaned until the evening. 7. Reception: they are not competent from the word "at all", they know English very poorly, they constantly manage to "mess up": then there are problems with check-in, then they turn off the magnetic key to the room (it's not clear why, they talk about something in their own language, then apologize, and restore everything), then the restaurant does not want to give a discount to hotel residents (although it is allowed), and at the reception they support it, then after a short "kicks" they make a discount, in addition, some of the employees are quite aggressive (they saw this when checking in other people, although the reception staff were wrong, but they were exactly rude to the guests, although this is unusual for Ty). Overall impression: the hotel is nice, the staff is generally friendly, but absolutely not competent, the hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. The price for the rooms is too high, this hotel does not cost that much. Of the advantages, only the location is close to the sea. In general, we definitely don't want to go to this hotel anymore.
