Очень большой негатив остался от работы с управляющей компанией Авангард. В начисления постоянно по не многу но добавляют лишние. Все управляющие расходы на жильцах, по 100-200 руб., но будем "сдирать" с клиентов. Соответственно, о благоустройстве, положенном тарифами ремонте - забудьте, всё направлено на прибыль! С Директором не возможно договориться, т. к. свои слова не выполняет. Расстались с ними.
