This was the first real estate sale experience. The agency and specifically Nikolai Korolik were recommended by relatives. I wasn't disappointed for a second. For beginners (also demanding) This is a godsend: I did not delve into any questions. I was given tasks to collect documents, and I fulfilled them. Анастасия очень стараласть и терпела все наши прихоти с уменьшением и увеличением цены. Сделка по продаже прошла отлично. Я первый раз сталкнулся с довольно хорошим отношением агентства. Поверьте, мне есть с чем сравнить. Проблем никаких не было. Агент по несколько раз звонила, писала в месенджере и напоминала о предстоящих мероприятиях, какие документы необходимо взять с собой. Человек отработал на все 100%. Таким не жалко и заплатить. Рекомендую !

Выражаю огромную благодарность сотрудникам Авангард-Недвижимость в особенности Антону Шелабодову, ведущему специалисту по недвижимости, показавшему высокий уровень профессионализма, организованность и внимание ко всем деталям в комплексе, уравновешенность и внимание в непростой сделке по продаже квартиры в Минске. Особенностью сделки было то, что Антон осуществлял ее дистанционно, я находилась в другой стране. Однако Антон организовал весь процесс настолько блестяще, что моя вовлеченность была минимальной, все вопросы и нюансы (а это не только просмотры, но и взаимодействие с налоговой инспекцией, банками и органами по приватизации, грамотное ценовое позиционирование и реклама) решались на месте эффективно и четко.

а) полноценная и доступная консультация на всех этапах процесса продажи
б) формирование и активное продвижения объявления по всем основным онлайн каналам
в) в общении с потенциальными покупателями почти не участвовали (что хорошо), только лишь по важным условиям сделки
г) юридическая консультация по всем аспектам
д) помощь в сборе и подготовке всех документов для организации сделки
е) подготовка документации и физическое присутствие в течении всех процедур в день продажи

Столкнулись с компанией, когда приобретали квартиру, которую продавали с помощью специалистов из Авангард Недвижимости. С самого начала риелтор оставила хорошие впечатления о своей работе. Хорошо описала плюсы/минусы квартиры и была максимально доброжелательна к нам как покупателем. В последствии, когда мы были в процессе покупки квартиры, риелтор была на связи 24/7, отвечала на все наши вопросы и учитывала все наши пожелания. Отдельно хочется выделить юриста агенства, которая также отвечала на все наши вопросы, а задавали мы их очень много и очень разнообразно на протяжении всего процесса покупки квартиры. Очень хорошо прислушиваются к клиентам и делают все что от них зависит и даже больше :)
