The problematic house of the Ak Auyl construction company, which at one time collected money from shareholders of several facilities and did not finish them. In a word, people were dumped. Then these facilities were completed by the decision of the akimat by other companies on the principle of a blunder. There are problems with communications in this house, facades and entrances require a thorough overhaul. I do not recommend buying

The house is warm (Block A), the layout of the apartments is excellent. The ceiling height is 3 meters. There is a two-level Parking.

An ordinary residential complex as such is called a Human house. There are a hundred Ok cars in this house, they work quite well and it is clear that they are trying. The electrician is so important to them.

Near the second entrance there is a computer club near which there is constantly garbage, cigarette butts, spitting and smoking all the time!
